      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Account administration and trade execution of all financial and non-financial transactions on mutual fund retail account types
      - Contact internal and external clients to ensure timely resolution of not in good order transactions
      - Review and process documents in both official languages (French and English) to meet regulatory obligations
      - Provide exceptional customer service experience to investment advisors, their support teams, and investors
      - Work directly with advisors and investors to provide support for short-term and long-term investment strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College Diploma or University degree required
      - Experience in a call center or processing team for a mutual fund company
      - Communication skills in English (verbal and written) required
      - Bilingualism in French and English (verbal and written) required for some positions
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
