What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Screen potential study participants using a telescreen questionnaire to assess suitability for clinical trials
- Accurately review, enter, and edit patient information in the CTMS system
- Schedule patient appointments, ensuring entries are accurate and up-to-date
- Attend all study-related training and maintain a thorough understanding of the study protocol
- Achieve daily recruitment targets, including calls made and screenings scheduled
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current or recent experience in patient recruitment for clinical trials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated with good organizational skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in marketing or sales
- Ability to think creatively for innovative marketing and research promotion ideas
- Proficiency in multiple languages
- Basic understanding of medical terminology
