- Manage the production and distribution of graphic materials, including packaging, promotional assets, and merchandising visuals.
- Ensure all graphics align with Barcel USA’s branding guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Procurement, and R&D, to optimize graphic supply chain operations.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and agencies to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Monitor production timelines and budget adherence for all graphic materials.
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency in the graphic supply chain.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to graphic materials and production workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new printing technologies, and sustainability initiatives
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Graphic and Print Production, or Packaging Design.
- Strong understanding of color theory, prepress and color separation, print production processes and technologies, and packaging materials.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and project management tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Desirable, 1 to 3+ years of experience in graphic production or print production management, packaging or supply chain coordination in the CPG industry.
