What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the facilitation of informal and formal bid processes and review departmental compliance with contracts
- Analyze existing and new real estate lease agreements and assist with application and reporting processes
- Review and analyze federal, state, and local agreements, and assist with grant application processes
- Conduct research and analysis on compliance matters related to contracts and grants
- Prepare written reports on the status of contracts and grant compliance, and produce fiscal and statistical reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Possession of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
- One (1) year of full-time equivalent experience performing professional-level analytical work
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft, contracting, and MS Excel
- Experience in analysis, development, administration, and reporting in relevant functional areas
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience with contracts management and administration
- Experience in real estate lease compliance
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local grants management
- Graduate degree in public or business administration, management, or related fields
- Additional experience in analytical work that can substitute for the required degree
