      Please use this link to complete an application on our Company Career Page: https://lessingsinc.peoplematter.jobs/ Job Duties and Responsibilities: -Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and event patrons. -Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks. -Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations. -Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails. -Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age. -Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. -Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. -Comply with all food and beverage regulations. -Clean and maintain bar and sitting area. Qualifications: -Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks. -Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. -Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean. -Relevant training certificate preferred. Hourly pay (NY only)- $10.65 per hour plus tips. *If your wage + tips does not equal at least minimum wage, your hourly pay will be adjusted to minimum wage.
