- Must hold a valid Ohio Early Childhood P-3 License/Certificate, K-8 License/Certificate, or PreK-5 License/Certificate, or appropriate current, valid licensure.
- Must demonstrate organizational skills and communication skills.
- Must be an effective communicator and motivator.
- Must possess strong leadership skills.
- Must have current BCI and FBI background checks.
- Must have current pre-employment drug test results.
- Must be willing to carry out the duties of the job description.
