- Perform general manufacturing and mechanical assembly of Harley Davidson parts.
- Work with hand tools and follow assembly instructions.
- Complete repetitious tasks with precision.
- Utilize RF Scan guns to scan products throughout the assembly process.
- Assemble various components such as saddlebags, handlebars, inner fairings, mirrors, and wheels/tires.
- Experience with assembly and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in using hand tools.
- Ability to use RF Scan guns.
- Comfortable working in a production environment.
- Able to lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs.
- Prior experience in light assembly work is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and be cross-trained.
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours or more during workdays.

Work Environment
The work takes place in cell areas completing sub-assembly of Harley Davidson parts, requiring standing for the duration of shifts. The facility is fast-paced and not climate-controlled, so it will be warm during summers with fans provided and cold during winters, especially near dock doors. The environment is unionized, and candidates will be expected to pay union dues. The dress code requires regular clothing, excluding offensive attire, and no open-toed shoes. Safety glasses will be provided.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.89 - $18.89/hr.
