- Assemble automotive lifts and components/accessories
- Place components on paint line
- Assist in implementation of 6S initiatives and activities with emphasis on safety
- Suggest and assist in process improvements which assures quality, efficiency, and safety is built into the process
- Assist in fabrication processes as needed
- Understanding and ability to use assembly tools
- Capable of reading a tape measure
- Understanding of blueprint reading
- Excellent communication skills. Must be able to communicate at all levels of organization
- Strong understanding of process interaction
- Strong problem solving skills
- Understanding of general manufacturing
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
- Must be able to periodically lift up to 45 pounds
- Must align with the Snap-on Mission Statement

Challenger LIfts, Inc., a division of Snap-on is seeking a candidate to assemble automotive lifts and lift components as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
