      Job Title: Maintenance Technician

      Job Description

      We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, including conveyors, presses, and various industrial equipment. This role involves ensuring smooth operations through preventive maintenance and general building upkeep.

      Responsibilities

      • Perform maintenance on conveyors, presses, calendar machines, and conveyor belt forming machines.
      • Conduct mechanical maintenance on pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, belts, chains, motors, valves, bearings, sensors, and pipes.
      • Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 110 volts, including testing and replacing fuses, rewiring motors, swapping wires, and running electrical wire.
      • General building maintenance tasks such as changing light ballasts, basic plumbing, painting, and snow removal.
      • Execute preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
      • Read and interpret prints and schematics.
      • Utilize Upkeep for managing maintenance programs.
      • Use a variety of hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.

      Essential Skills

      • 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
      • Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting with a focus on hydraulics, pumps, sensors, motors, and valves.
      • Ability to use volt meters and multi-meters for electrical tasks.
      • Knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
      • High School Diploma or GED.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
