Job Description
- Req#: 18239
- Apply powder coat paint to product with electrostatic spray gun.
- Clean, maintain and prepare booth and powder coating equipment, clean room, floor, equipment.
- Remove media from components after shot blast process.
- Hang and remove parts and components on paint line.
- Perform required assemblies on 2post product before unload and removal out of area.
- Other duties as requested by the Production Supervisor.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Organizational skills, ensuring precision, orderliness and neatness and be detailed oriented.
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and effective manner.
- Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges and be a self starter.
- Able to work overtime as needed.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work extended hours
- Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds periodically throughout the day.
- Must be able to work as a team player.
- Must align with the Snap-on mission statement
- Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which includes; Hi-Vis Vest, Steel Toe Shoes, Safety Glasses or Prescription Safety Glasses (If Applicable), Gloves (If Applicable), and Ear Plugs (If Applicable).

Challenger Lifts, Inc., a division of Snap-on is seeking a candidate to be responsible for applying powder coat paint to surface of parts and components, removing media from components after shot blast process, and hanging parts and components to the paint line.
