What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate, analyze, and contain security incidents within a 24/7 operation
- Triage, escalate, and assist with the response to cybersecurity and policy-related events
- Produce detailed incident reports and provide security recommendations
- Communicate and organize Cybersecurity Incident Response calls with internal teams
- Identify deficiencies in processes and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- Ability to obtain an Information/cybersecurity certification within 9 months of hire
- 2+ years of IT Security or Cyber Security experience, particularly in incident response or threat detection
- 2+ years of experience with SIEM technologies and networking
- Ability to work off-shift hours if needed (e.g., nights and weekends)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Undergraduate Degree
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CEH
- Experience with PowerShell, KQL, or Python scripting
- Familiarity with NIST 800-61 and the Cyber Kill Chain framework
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
