What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review job specifications for material and set-up requirements
- Perform set-up tasks and oversee others
- Monitor equipment and product quality during job run
- Troubleshoot product or equipment issues
- Communicate effectively during shifts and hand-offs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Experience leading and training others
- Experience working in an industrial setting with production machinery
- Strong mechanical and technical skills
- Competent with rulers and measurement

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Lean and continuous improvement
- Ability to run multiple pieces of equipment
- Experience with hard-cover casing-in lines, collating/kitting lines, packaging/cartooning lines, and more
