      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review job specifications for material and set-up requirements
      - Perform or delegate/oversee set-up tasks
      - Monitor equipment and product during job run to ensure high-quality output
      - Troubleshoot moderately complex issues related to product or equipment
      - Communicate effectively during shift and at shift hand-off

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED or higher (candidates with vocational/technical degree preferred)
      - Experience leading and training others
      - Experience working in an industrial setting with production machinery
      - Strong mechanical and technical skills
      - Experience with Lean and continuous improvement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a Bindery Operator or in a similar role in the printing and publishing industry
