      This opening is available to Dec. 2022 and May 2023 college graduates seeking full-time employment as a Finance Foundation Program Participant (FFP) with Caterpillar Financial in Nashville, TN.

      FFP is a leadership development program for recent college graduates that provides exposure to different core business areas of the Financial Products Division (FPD). Participants receive a high degree of management focus and deliberate assignment placement during their 4 years in the program.

      The first three rotational assignments will be 8-12 months in portfolio management and origination, followed by a 24-month rotation in a specialty group/area including but not limited to: Treasury, Credit, Insurance, Structured Finance, Lease Services, and Aftermarket Solutions. The objective of this program is to provide broad business experience, so participants can take on future leadership, senior, or field sales roles with the company.

      • First 2 years built to advance your skills in portfolio management and origination
      • Final 2 years in a specialty rotation designed to expand experience in the business

      EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
      Required Qualifications
      • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale at the time of application. Must maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA through graduation.
      • Completed a bachelor's degree in related field.

      • Completion of basic accounting classes.
      • Domestic Mobility
      • Authorized to work in US

      Desired Qualifications
      • Ability to work independently, as well as with other employees and customers
      • Knowledge of and ability to apply statistical analysis skills to measure, analyze and improve service
      • Ability to utilize office software systems and prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets and graphics
      • Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
      • Bi-lingual skills a plus
