What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support to instructional staff in a high school setting
- Assist with classroom management and student supervision
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students
- Assist with grading and other administrative tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Patience and adaptability in working with students of various abilities
- Experience working in an educational setting is preferred
