What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote a positive culture for K-8 programming in a virtual setting
- Supervise educational staff both on-site and in hybrid work environments
- Ensure effective instructional programs for K-8 students
- Provide professional learning opportunities for educator growth
- Ensure compliance with state statutes, board of education policies, and employee handbook
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Masters degree in educational administration or educational leadership in elementary and/or middle school
- Virtual learning experience preferred
- Missouri Educator Certification
- Missouri Elementary and/or Middle School Principal Certification
- Ability to gain and maintain necessary certifications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in virtual learning
- Experience in promoting a positive school culture
