- You’ll have the opportunity to explore different areas of IT in our three-year Ford College Graduate (FCG) developmental program. You’ll meet a wide range of professionals, gain a better understanding of the company, and learn more about the type of career you’d like to pursue. With a designated senior advisor, mentor, and buddy provide extra support and advice.
- As a key member of our Technology & Software Platforms group, you’ll play a critical part in shaping the future of mobility. You will leverage advanced technology to redefine the transportation landscape, solve real human problems, and improve people’s lives.
- You’ll work with a global team and learn and share openly, while focusing on work you love.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field of study
- Experience in software development methodologies, tools, standards and procedures for high quality software development such as
- Coding: C++ & Python
- Modeling: Matlab & Simulink
- Computer Vision
- Machine Learning / AI
- Autonomous Controls
- ADAS features, testing, and data analysis
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent)
- Candidates must graduate and be available for work prior to September 2024
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Master's or PhD preferred
- Define, design, develop and deploy applications/services with a cloud-first focus
- Use agile, test-driven development principles to ensure quality, on-time delivery
- Contribute to development activities using Software Craftsmanship/Clean Code principles, practices and tools.
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional stakeholders and a balanced team of developers to deliver projects and features
- Work with a Product Manager, Product Designer and/or Anchor to deliver solutions
- Experience multiple environments (Vehicle, Cloud, Mobile) supporting end-to-end feature delivery
