Numerous Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) efforts
Help assess service line current organizational capabilities and use data to create a roadmap for transformation
Constructing project communication updates to key stakeholders (e.g., Business Owners, Steering Committee, and Investment Committee)
Critical thinking skills pertaining to emerging technologies and how it may benefit EisnerAmper
Projects may include: interviewing service line professionals, documenting results from workshops, determining service line and technology requirements, researching vendors, and helping to translate the service line requirements into technology solutions
Help EisnerAmper service lines with operating model evaluation, roadmap development for a desired future state, data management solutions, automation opportunities, client portals, cloud for enterprise systems and agile resourcing models
Is working towards a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information systems, or business administration. Advanced degree preferred.
Has basic understanding of the business and operational challenges faced by accounting and professional services organizations
Has excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and solution-focused business analysis interns who can learn business activities quickly and use that learning to complete tasks assigned by their supervisor. This role can be based in NJ or NY with the expectation of collaborating with the team in the office.
