Co-op: Purification Development
Location: 31 New York Ave, Framingham, MA 01701Expected Start date: June 2024 (6 month term)
Assignment Responsibilities / Department Description
The Purification Development group develops manufacturing processes for purification of therapeutic enzymes and antibodies from cell culture harvest and provides technical support to GMP downstream process operations. The responsibilities of the Co-op will include conducting experiments using small scale chromatography columns and filtration units to develop, characterize, and optimize new processes. The student will also perform analytical assays such as ELISA, HPLC, and SDS-PAGE. On-the-job training will be provided as necessary to teach the technical skills required to perform their duties.Basic Qualifications
