      Overview

Chick-fil-A is in the business of serving our guests great food and remarkable service. Family-owned and privately held, our company and our local independent franchised Operators are devoted to serving the local communities in which we operate, while offering great-tasting food made with quality ingredients — including the Original Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich. Today, Chick-fil-A restaurants serve millions of guests every year, in more than 2,900 locations in 48 states, Washington, D.C., Canada, and Puerto Rico.

Have you ever been curious about the AI that enables Chick-fil-A’s warp speed drive through or the tech stack behind its innovative Chick-fil-A One App? What about the digital architecture behind that delicious Chicken Sandwich or the hardware behind those hot, fresh Waffle Fries? Would you like to be a part of the digital community where innovations like these, and many more, are conceived, developed, and supported every day? Chick-fil-A’s Digital Transformation and Technology (DTT) Department exists to enable and empower innovation and digital transformation at the world’s most caring company! As a DTT Summer Intern (Functional track/Business Analyst), you’ll have the opportunity to:

      • Gain exposure to Product Ownership and project management disciplines by supporting proprietary CFA applications like our CFA OneApp, Payments, and Kitchen Production System, and/or non-proprietary systems like Workday, Teams, and ServiceNow.
      • Collaborate with Engineers, Scrum Masters, Architects, QA Testers, and other subject matter experts in an Agile/DevOps based environment to create solutions for real business outcomes.
      • Connect with Chick-fil-A executives, DTT department leadership, and other key stakeholders across Chick-fil-A to build your network, learn more about Chick-fil-A culture and distinctives, and explore future career opportunities in the digital space at Chick-fil-A.

As an International Intern at Chick-fil-A, you will contribute to our growth through challenging and meaningful work. You will build cross-cultural competency as you work on impactful projects, immerse yourself in our unique culture, and experience the city of Atlanta. This is an 11 week position at Chick-fil-A’s Support Center in Atlanta, with an anticipated start date in May 2024.

Our Flexible Future model offers a healthy mix of working in person and virtually, strengthening key elements of the Chick-fil-A culture by fostering collaboration and community.
