      The Business

At WTW, we believe that a culture of inclusion and diversity (I&D) is critical to our business. It is not a separate initiative in its own silo. Rather, I&D is fundamental to everything we do. How we hire and promote, how we work with clients and how our teams function. With 48,000 colleagues serving more than 140 countries and markets, our company vision includes being a destination employer where colleagues work together as one team.

In Risk & Broking, we are experts at helping companies unlock potential through effective risk management. Our clients rely on us to craft strategies to quantify, mitigate and transfer risk, taking advantage of our specialist industry experience and unparalleled market know-how. The result is a new way of embracing risk that drives superior results.

Join our Corporate Risk and Broking program, and you’ll gain deep insight into our risk management work, while developing the leadership qualities and customer service skills you need to be one of our leaders of the future.

The internship is sponsored by senior management and provides you with ongoing support and coaching from the program management team. You will also benefit from a structured learning curriculum and training sessions.

      The Role

Our structured summer internship serves as the cornerstone of our DreamBig@WTW program. This program is designed for youth ages 15 to 18 years old who have been selected by one of WTW’s non-profit partners, attended monthly workshops, quarterly community service events and completed all workshop assignments. The DreamBig@WTW Internship Program is a 4-week learning experience from July to August that provides participants with the opportunity over the summer to gain hands-on work experience and contribute to our business. The program is comprised of induction, objective setting, training modules, group project and team presentations, a business speaker series, and a formal performance review process.

The internship is comprised of a placement opportunity based within our Risk & Broking segment. The placement assignments will build a technical foundation of knowledge and provide exposure to meaningful work assignments and projects.
