      Join the Fusion Team in 2024! Fusion is a rotational training program within the Applied Materials Varian Semiconductor Equipment business unit located in Gloucester, MA. It is designed to attract, assimilate, grow, and retain the most talented engineers entering the industry today.

      During the first two years of employment, Fusion members go through a series of rotational work assignments. The rotations typically consist of three or four unique engineering departmental assignments and one manufacturing department assignment. These rotations help Fusion members and managers determine where the Fusion member will flourish in their full-time position at Applied Materials.

      Requirements

      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution awarded within one year of start date

      • Fields of study preferred:

        Electrical Engineering
        Mechanical Engineering
        Materials Science & Engineering

        Chemistry

        Physics

      • Student must be in good academic standing at their university, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale

      U.S. Salary Range:

      $68,000.00 - $93,500.00

      The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

      For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
