Candidates must hold an MBA in Finance by May of 2024.
Candidates must have a minimum of (2) years of professional work experience.

Job Description
Our Company's Finance team is committed to developing future Finance leaders through its Finance MBA Rotational Program. Finance Senior Specialists will join a two-year Rotation Program for new MBA hires within Finance and the Global Services Organization.
The program provides emerging talent with the opportunity to gain a breadth of experience and build and enhance leadership skills required to succeed as future enterprise leaders. The program is primarily located at our NJ and PA locations, with potential for other domestic locations or international opportunities where mutually desirable. Additionally, senior management exposure, mentoring, networking and other learning and development experiences are incorporated throughout the program.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
