2024 FINANCIAL ADVISOR DEVELOPMENT TRACK – FULL-TIME ANALYST OPPORTUNITY

When you’re investing, it should feel like you’re building a personal relationship with a trusted partner. At J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, we’re committed to delivering talented and dedicated advisors, a full range of investment products and cutting-edge digital capabilities to help our clients achieve their most important financial goals. This is a growth business for us with a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. That’s why we’re going all-in on the people who make our business what it is — a rewarding place to grow personally and professionally.

The mission of the Financial Advisor Development Track (FADT) Program is to develop and advance a diverse, equitable and inclusive community of Investment Professionals to Financial Advisors dedicated to the highest standards of excellence while serving our clients.

      What to Expect

FADT is a targeted two-year program designed to help you advance from an Investment Professional to a Financial Advisor at the firm. You’ll receive robust training to learn how to interact with clients and develop your investment and product knowledge. You’ll also receive ongoing training focused on developing your professional skills. You’ll gain an in depth understanding of Service & Administration and National Branch, as well as exposure to all areas of J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. Upon completion of this program you will have the skills, experience, training, and support to successfully launch your career as a Financial Advisor in the National Branch, our remote advice channel that offers comprehensive financial planning and advice to clients through video meetings.

Within the Full-Time Analyst Program, you’ll be required to take and complete the SIE, Series 7, Series 63 and Series 66/65. These licenses will allow you to directly interface with clients on the phones or on other virtual platforms, gaining experience:

      • Obtaining FINRA licenses required for the Investment Professional and the Financial Advisor role
      • Supporting all self-directed and full-service clients with order entry, money movement and account maintenance requests
      • Working in a team environment to assist clients with brokerage accounts over the telephone. You’ll also discuss Individual Retirement Accounts, such as Traditional and Roth IRAs.
      • Creating business efficiency by focusing on answering calls quickly, identifying client needs, initiating trades in the capital markets, and completing service-oriented transactions.
      • Documenting all client conversations and meeting all regulatory requirements around these activities
      • Becoming an expert in our online platform through Chase.com – by helping clients successfully navigate our website, you’ll provide them more access and flexibility to service their accounts.

Through our training curriculum, you’ll enhance your investment and business knowledge and professional and technical skills. You will have access to professional development, leadership development and financial planning and advice development training. Additionally, you’ll have access to networking, business deep dives, one-on-one mentorship, and a dedicated financial advisor mentor. You’ll also receive help and guidance from a dedicated program manager who is focused on your career progression. Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll be given the opportunity to apply for a role as a Financial Advisor in the National Branch, our remote advice channel that offers comprehensive financial planning and advice to clients.
