      Job Description:

      • Acquisition – strategy and operations for all product lines (card, payments, deposits, loans)

      • Collections Strategy, Customer Experience and Operations

      • Consumer Insights & Market Research

      • Customer Engagement – Strategy & Operations

      • Marketing – Strategy, Digital Communications & Customer Experience

      • Operational Effectiveness & Process Improvement

      • Payments - Technology, Products & Strategy

      • Product Owner, Product Management & Product Strategy

      Basic Qualifications:

      • Must have minimum 3 years full-time work experience

      • Current enrollment in an accredited MBA College or University program

      • Must have a graduation date between December 202 3 - June 202 4

      • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate ideas into clear priorities

      • High energy and intellectual curiosity

      • Strong analytical skills and a consultative approach to addressing customer needs

      • Strong business acumen, knowledge of financial industry, risk management, and business metrics

      • Proficiency in SQL, SAS

      • Proficiency in visual data management, i.e. Excel, Tableau

      • Experience with Digital Design and Customer User Experience

      • Experience with Agile project management methodology

      • Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively

      • Ability to apply previous experience and knowledge to new situations and problems

      • Operates as a team player

      Compensation:

      The base pay for this role is $127,000.00 annually. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
