  Recruitment for our 2024 Law Graduate Program is now open. We have a market-leading program, operating nationally each year, focused on the development of your technical legal expertise, commerciality and opportunities to build your professional and personal capability. Our program is designed to support your work across multiple practice areas, allowing you to rotate across multiple teams throughout your first 12 months to find where your passion lies. Ideal candidates will be ambitious, enthusiastic and relationship-driven, with proven academic excellence. With these traits, you will see no limit to your career progression at Dentons.

  The Dentons Graduate Program provides:

  • 2-3 rotations of six months across different practice groups;
  • A tailored learning & development program;
  • Opportunities to travel interstate and connect with the national Graduate cohort;
  • Work closely with award-winning legal Partners;
  • Opportunities to get involved in community and pro bono work early in your career; and
  • PLT reimbursement.

  To be considered for a position on our national Law Graduate Program, you must expect to complete your law degree by the end of 2023, available to commence full time employment in early 2024. Once applications open, please apply online with a cover letter, CV and copies of your academic transcripts. Successful applicants will then be contacted to commence the interview process.
