- All academic disciplines and majors considered – not necessarily from a business or finance background
- Final year Associate Degree/ High Diploma holder students graduating with a qualification by July 2024
- Graduated Associate Degree/ High Diploma graduates with no more than 2 year full-time work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Available to start work in August 2024
- Highly motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Results-oriented individuals with enthusiasm for developing strategies that optimize business operations.

The Hong Kong Apprenticeship Program is a 12-months program designed to provide a realistic career experience working in the financial services and gain real work experience as part of our innovative and exciting teams across our lines of businesses. Learning & development opportunities will also be provided throughout the program duration – including induction training as well as senior management networking opportunities. You will develop essential knowledge and skills, and is an outstanding first step towards building a dynamic, long term career with us.

To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the Hong Kong. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.
