- Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university and will be enrolled full time in Fall 2024.
- Be majoring in or having majored in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field.
- Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2024.
- Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
- Must be able to work on-site in McLean, Virginia
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate as part of a team
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)
- Bachelors: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
- Masters: $32.50-$34.75 per hour

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Management Analyst for an internship opportunity. This position will be located at our Defense Systems Sector in McLean, VA.
The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Defense Systems Sector Business Management team. As part of this team they will have the opportunity to participate in one of the following key business management processes: financial reporting/accounting, financial planning & analysis, rates & budgets and government compliance. As part of the team, they will also collaborate with key financial stakeholders and our gain an understanding of financial systems and practices utilized by the sector.
