GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY PURPOSE
This summer, Dole is looking for five highly career-driven undergraduate seniors for their exciting Internship Program. For 10 weeks, students will work on developing a feasibility study for possible catalog expansion in North America. Independent of the fascinating feasibility project, students will also be challenged with amazing daily duties and potential to travel to some of Dole facilities!
INTERNSHIP DETAILS
· Requirements For Interns
Sales
· Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Strong relationship-building skills.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently as in a team environment.
Information Technology
· Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
· Excellent communication skills.
Finance
· Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Human Resources
· Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management
· Strong attention to detail.
· Great interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Supply Chain
· Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
· Strong attention to detail
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, LMS (Logistics Management Systems), TMS (Transportation Management Systems)
