Who we're looking for
We're looking for a keen and motivated undergraduates to join our Investment division on our 2024 Intern Program.The Program
Our Summer Internship Program runs for 9 weeks. This program will provide you with a unique introduction into the asset management industry and our investment strategies. You'll be given introductory training and opportunities to network with people across the business. During your internship you'll have the opportunity to work on research projects, shadow senior executives and learn from some of the best in the industry. Our goals are aligned with those of our clients – the creation of long-term value so we want a talented, creative and diverse team. The more different ideas we have, the more likely we are to succeed.
As an Investment Intern, you'll be given training to help you perform to the best of your abilities. Projects can span across our Equities, Fixed Income, and Multi-asset teams.

• Be passionate about financial markets, global trends and economics
• A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• A growth mindset: we expect you to make mistakes but it's important you're able to bounce back and learn from them.
The knowledge, skills and qualifications we're looking for
• 2025 graduate
• Coursework in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Computer Science
• Work experience in a financial position
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Bloomberg, Eikon or programming languages
• Ability to work independently in person or remote

Compensation
The Schroders Internship Program offers a market competitive rate of $32 per hour.
