Job Description
- Req#: 2851461
- Round 1: Identify a prospective take-private company and submit a 1–2-page executive summary on the investment thesis
- Case prompt provided to selected applicants January 5, 2024 with submissions due January 14, 2024
- Round 2: Construct an investment thesis and build a financial model for an LLR portfolio company, then present to LLR leadership and company management live via Zoom
- Final presentations for Round 2 of the case competition are scheduled for the evening of February 7, 2024
- Exposure to LLR’s investment process through a real-life example of an LLR deal
- Direct interaction with LLR senior investment team and portfolio company leadership
- Final round teams will gain early access to the interview process for LLR’s Summer 2025 Internship Program
- $4,000 cash prize for the winning team
- Apply as a team of 4 and will be notified if they are selected to participate in the case competition on January 5, 2024
- Must currently be enrolled in a U.S. undergraduate institution with a graduation date of Dec 2025/May 2026
- Available the evening of Wednesday, February 7, 2024 if selected to participate in the final round of the case competition
