Full-time (temporary ) salaried positions that are 11- 12 weeks long (Monday, June 3rd - Friday, August 16 th , 202 4)

Hybrid (2-3 in office, 2-3 days work from home).or remote based on the role

Housing and relocation assistance is provided for interns who are required to relocate for the summer .
- Available locations vary based on business needs.
- We provide educational programming, social events, networking, and leadership exposure throughout the summer.

You will be paired with a Peer Mentor who is a Medtronic employee to help guide you through your internship .
- High-performing Interns are considered for our Leadership Development Rotational Program, a highly regarded 3- year program with two U.S. rotations in different areas of the business.
- Currently enrolled in a fulltime MBA program (class of 2025)
- 3 years relevant professional experience (3+ strongly preferred)
- Broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education
- Highly mobile; willing to pursue and relocate to different geographic assignments
- Eligible to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without the need for future sponsorship for an employment visa
- Candidates applying for Medtronic’s Summer Internship Program must have current work authorization and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. The Medtronic Summer Internship Program does not provide work authorization sponsorship for summer intern positions. - 3+ years of professional work experience
- Highly collaborative with excellent communication, leadership, and strategic-thinking skills

- Experience in the medical or healthcare field / industry, or similar
