      2024 Nespresso Marketing Internship

      What to expect for the 2024 Nespresso Web Developer Internship:

      Nespresso offers a 10-week paid internship working as part of the Nespresso USA Marketing and Sales Organization. The B2B CUSTOMER MARKETING MANAGER internship is an introduction to a career in marketing and design and the partnerships with our major customer teams.

      You will develop your knowledge and understanding of the Nespresso USA Marketing & Customer Marketing teams working to bring prestige customer partnerships to life in a public way that mutually benefits all partners. This will include creative development/concept design, working through the feedback and approval process with all partners, social media & influencer marketing. You will also work on production estimates/implementation plans, get approval and input from stakeholders along the way and support the implementation of final program(s). The experience requires collaboration with team members from across business divisions, sales team members, customers, and agencies/production companies.

      During the internship, you will focus on a project that will be very visible to consumers, customers, and the full Nespresso team as a first of its kind activation. You will have support but look forward to your fresh, valued perspective and ideas!

      Responsibilities:

      • Develop an opportunity assessment for visibility considering 2-3 Prestige Accounts. Consider foot traffic, impressions, social reach (customer and Nespresso), brand synergies. Assess with sales existing level of partnership/collaboration – e.g. Will the customer be receptive and why.
      • Make recommendation on 2-3 opportunities to progress.
      • Brief Agency to develop activation concepts in partnership with respective Marketing Manager
      • Collaborate with multiple teams to help define questions and goals, determine appropriate methods, and help communicate results.
      • Identify, track, and share overarching partnership examples/trends if possible.

      Location:

      • This internship is available in New York City, Nespresso’s USA Headquarters

      Education Requirements:

      • Pursuing bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or other related field is required

      Role Requirements:

      • Passion for Marketing and the Creative Process; able to think and communicate conceptually so that the ‘picture’ painted verbally is what comes to life visually.
      • Basic Understanding of Marketing Strategy & Creative Development Process
      • Basic Understanding of Partnership Marketing (two or more brands working together)
      • Excellent communication skills to interact with agencies, customers, and sales team.
      • A person who takes initiative but asks questions and listens to consider other perspectives.
      • Able to work in presentation software (PPT/Google Slides) present concepts and insights to stakeholders.

      The approximate target compensation range for this role is $27. Please note that the pay provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
