Have earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Management) or related field from an accredited university ( Preferred Graduation Date: Spring 202 4 )
Have a strong interest in pursuing the Sales Leadership Development Program which requires annual relocation/working in locations throughout the United States upon graduation
Have p revious s ales or business-related internship or co- op experience

Job Description:
Pentair’s Sales Leadership Development Program is an accelerated program for recent college graduates with proven ability to excel in today’s fast-paced world. The program is designed to develop high caliber individuals into future leaders in Sales . The program provides participants the opportunity to gain high level visibility to leadership and create significant impact within a global manufacturing organization.
The Sales Leadership Development Program is a three year program consisting of three, 12 month rotations within two or more locations. The program will begin in June 202 4 and will give participants exposure to different facets of Sales through assigned rotations based on business needs and individual career aspirations. Rotation areas may include: Sales Support, Inside Sales or Outside Field Sales.

The anticipated annualized base pay range for this full-time position working at this location will be from ($52,700 to $97,900). At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determined by considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, performance and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs. Actual compensation may also be adjusted if the position is filled outside of the intended geographic location.
What to Expect:
Sales Support Rotation— In this r otation , you will provide end-to-end customer support by promptly processing customer requests and support of Pentair’s revenue and growth . This position will also help build sustainable processes to improve customer care; anticipating and providing solutions for sales opportunities.
Inside Sales Rotation —In this rotation, you will p rovide customer support by developing an understanding of Pentair’s product offering and processing customer requests. This position will also help in navigating any customer questions or concerns that may arise using problem resolution skills to best meet the customer need.
Outside Field Sales Rotation —In this rotation, you will work cross-functionally to perform research, understand the various processes of sales and identify new business opportunities . This position will also help demonstrate the value of our products by working directly with the customer and presenting solutions.
