      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify critical components on the PCB that contribute to radiated emissions
      - Develop analysis capabilities to obtain high-frequency digital signals and power signals on PCB
      - Develop electronic module/PCB EMC model for radiated emission analysis
      - Develop innovative solutions for performance gaps
      - Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality results

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Recent graduate with a doctoral degree (PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering
      - Able to work full-time in Ontario for a 2-year term starting March 2024
      - Experience in PCB and EMC/EMI analysis
      - Knowledge of PCB radiated emission modeling
      - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in analog and digital circuit tools like PSPICE
      - Experience in PCB Signal Integrity and Power Integrity analyses
      - Experience programming in C, C++, and/or Python
      - Good understanding of electrical systems and controls
      - Engineering experience in electrical component EMC testing
