Responsibilities The intern selected for this role will join a highly skilled team of professionals working on Learning Solutions supporting Agency Learning. Agency Learning has a mission to inspire growth, strengthen knowledge, and build confidence for our agency force to help customers in more ways in today’s digital environment. The selected intern can expect to: Assist with the identification and selection of programs to assist with tailored offerings or resources based on identified need or skill building Assist with the identification and selection of learning and/or knowledge solutions and methodologies Assist with tracking and analyzing programs, provides metrics, determines, and reports on trends, offers data-based recommendations Assist with utilizing the appropriate technologies in support of learning and/or knowledge solution design Qualifications An Ideal Candidate: Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital/Social Media, Branding or Adult Learning Experience with Sales, Marketing and Branding Ability to influence & advise peers as well as leadership Innovative – Comfortable challenging existing thinking and finding ways to explore possibilities Strong communicator Self-Starter High learning agility Works with pace and can meet firm deadlines Internship Information: Eligibility: To be eligible for an internship, candidates must be in an undergraduate, or post-graduate program with a graduation date of August 2024 or later.
