What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Annuity Experience Studies and Analytics team in producing annuity experience studies, regular reporting, and ad hoc requests
- Analyze and enrich data using Alteryx, Power BI, and querying tools
- Perform various ad hoc requests
- Provide insights through data extraction, manipulation, and visualization
- Create dashboards that effectively communicate data findings
- Develop and document automated solutions for manual processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Sophomore or Junior studying math, statistics, computer science, or other relevant undergraduate degrees
- Seniors planning to attend grad school are also eligible
- Previous exposure to querying or statistical languages (e.g., SQL, python)
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to understand data sources and ensure data integrity
- Ability to work independently
- Technical Skills: proficient in Excel and strong understanding of data modeling

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, and other data analysis tools
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques
- Familiarity with insurance or financial services industry
