What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide utility program support for ICF's Energy Efficiency Division/Innovation Incubator Team
- Contribute to the development of innovative, accurate, timely, and high-quality products and services
- Work on multiple projects with all levels of staff
- Dive into real-world projects alongside seasoned experts
- Interact with clients and learn from professionals in the field

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Economics, Public Health, Environmental Studies, or other relevant disciplines, with an anticipated graduation of August 2024 or later
- Passion for energy efficiency and sustainability
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to learn new things quickly

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience conducting research, organizing, and analyzing information
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to produce quality work products with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced skill in SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
