Responsibilities The Agency Learning team is looking for an intern to provide the opportunity to build online learning materials and/or edit content with plain language for a broad audience. This team is responsible for specializing in technical tools that enable the creation of digital learning materials for Agency Learning teams. Qualifications An Ideal Candidate: Pursuing undergraduate or graduate studies in Technical Communication, Corporate Training & Development, Industrial Engineering & Organizations Research(IEOR), Adult Learning Theory, Instructional Design, Journalism, Communications or Public Relations Has knowledge in Video creation and editing, audio editing, graphic design, writing and communications Experience using Camtasia, Articulate and/or Captivate or other video editing and marketing platforms Instructional Design, Project Management and/or Consulting experience Internship Information: Eligibility: To be eligible for an internship, candidates must be in an undergraduate, or post-graduate program with a graduation date of August 2024 or later. Location: This position will be in a hybrid work environment located in Richardson, TX; Dunwoody, GA; Bloomington, IL; or Tempe, AZ. Remote opportunity may be considered. Remote: Qualified candidates (outside of locations listed above) may be considered for remote work arrangements based on where a candidate currently resides or is currently located. Remote interns could be asked to travel to an assigned location throughout the summer for onboarding and various events. Selected interns must reside within the continental U.S. for the duration of the summer internship. For Los Angeles candidates: Pursuant to the Los Angeles Fair Change Initiative for Hiring, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories. For San Francisco candidates: Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. For California, Colorado, Connecticut, New York and Washington State candidates: Hourly Rate: $28.00/hour based on a 38.75-hour work week Selected interns will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend.
