  Intern Program Overview:

  Our 10-week paid summer internship program offers hands-on experience through challenging, collaborative and exciting projects intended to address real-time business needs and empowers you to contribute to identifying cutting-edge solutions.   Responsibilities

  Global Creative Interns assist our department with various projects along with helping in daily operations.Interns will work closely with the marketing, learning, and customer success teams. Interns will ensure success with Social Media and Influencer campaigns, Brand Events and much more.

  • Must be able to do competitive and consumer research
  • Assist with consumer engagement, postings and overall maintenance across F21 Social Media channels
  • Assist on copy and planning across F21 Social Media channels
  • Assist on photoshoots including capturing behind the scenes content, sample coordination, and production needs
  • Assist on user generated content management
  • Assist in development of campaigns and strategies to build online/offline awareness and engagement
  • Assist on day-to-day operations under Influencer Marketing such as reports, giftings, scouting new talent etc.

  Note: Function-specific responsibilities will be outlined during the interview process.

  Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate Junior/Senior or recent graduate (last 12 months) at an accredited university/college in marketing, advertising, graphics or similar program
  • Able to fully commit to the allotted internship period
  • Passion for social media and strong knowledge across all platforms
  • Fluency in social media trends, both current and long term
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of the brand’s image
  • Strong working knowledge of the competitive landscape
  • Possess an eye for aesthetic curation and cohesive visual and written storytelling
  • Excellent communication + copywriting skills

  Work Schedule

  The 2024 Summer Internship at Forever21 is a full-time opportunity of approximately 40 hours per week for a period of 8 weeks. Forever21 currently observes the following hybrid work model for employees at our HQ in DTLA Los Angeles:

  Remote optional: Mondays & FridaysOn-site days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

  *All interns must have an established residence within a commutable distance to our office in Downtown Los Angeles*

  Additional Data

  The salary for this position is $20.00 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to position offered and work experience. In addition to your salary, Forever 21, and its affiliated brands, offers a generous employee discount program for interns.
