- Program Dates: The 2024 internship program will begin on May 20th, 2024, and end on August 9th, 2024.
- Internship Hours: Up to 27 hours/week, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; some departments vary.
- Pay Range: $14 per hour up to $20 per hour (graduate/ master’s student), based on your credit hours earned.
- Increase current Pickleball Programs at all levels.
- GT Bray and satellite locations.
- Sports Injury Prevention.
- Analysis of contract work to execute some of these programs vs our full-time staff.
- A presentation to the County Administrator and other County Leadership staff is required at the close of the internship program.
- Participate in all organized intern events and trainings.

- Currently seeking a diploma or degree through an accredited secondary or post-secondary educational program, or within 12 months after graduation.

Job Description:
Create programming that supports, the growing demand for pickleball; learning to play, elevate their current game, and avoid injury to play longer. We are looking to increase our programming for pickleball countywide. Developing programs at our main hubs as well at satellite locations. This could be injury prevention (shoulder/knee), athletic conditioning specific to Pickleball, youth clinics to increase play among younger ages, technique clinics for all ages.
