The Position
Department Summary
The Business Support Consultant team provides full scale, cross functional support across a variety of business areas within RSN. The team is capable of providing resources for key initiatives within the project and change management space as well as problem solving and communication planning with the aim of transforming the meaning of service. This internship position is located in Indianapolis, IN with A hybrid on-site/remote structure.
Key Responsibilities
● Consultant team focus - managing project tasks (timeline, budget, stakeholder
management) and completing administrative work in support
Of the Consultant Team
● Partnering with key business leaders to understand the needs of their specific
areas and identify opportunities to support.
● Support high level initiatives already in flight.
●Develop key skills necessary in the business support consultant role.
Program Highlights
● Intensive 12-weeks, full time (40 hours per week) paid internship.
● Program start dates are in May 2024
● Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects.
● Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry.
● Final presentations of project work to senior leaders.
● Lead or participate in intern committees to design and coordinated program
events and initiatives.
● Professional & personal development curriculum throughout the program,
including networking opportunities, workshops, and panel discussions.
● Participate in volunteer projects, social events, and team-building activities.
Who You Are
Education:
● Any Degree Level. Undergraduates who have completed at least one year
of undergraduate coursework at a university, current graduate students
(MS or PhD) who are available to work full time for the duration of the
internship, or recent grads (within 2 years of receiving
their last degree).
Other Qualifications
●Excellent communication, collaboration, and Interpersonal skills.
