Connectivity Solutions Build new and enhance existing APIs and SDKs, connect to ERP systems and create a developer-first program of tools and solutions
Channels Modernize our existing digital assets and develop new core capabilities to provide scalable, persona, and journey-driven experiences
Digital Innovation Design Develop key personas and client journeys, streamline research and design and develop brand standards for our digital assets
On-the-job experience: Working independently as well as part of a high-performing team while having an end-to-end ownership of a distinct deliverable that has a direct impact on business and/or enterprise. You will begin to build a robust consulting toolkit including qualitative and quantitative analytical skillset, storytelling, visualization and interpersonal communication skills by actively participating in your team’s day-today activities.
Professional support: You will be matched with a peer “buddy” who will help you navigate and enjoy our internship as well as answer your day-to-day questions. Additionally, a senior mentor will help you navigate through challenging situations, and give you feedback throughout the course of the summer.
A speaker series (virtual and/or in-person): Wells Fargo’s top leaders provide insight into how to make the most of your summer experience, share their career paths, tips and advice, while also sharing trends in the financial and functional spaces they serve.
Organization networking activities: We promote community involvement and networking with other summer interns and full-time analysts. You will have the opportunity to create lasting professional relationships, build your network, and take advantage of a diverse and rapidly growing workforce.
Provide customer support for digital products, engage in stakeholder management, and create documentation for projects, programs and initiatives.
Create capacity for additional discovery for new capabilities to grow our business.
Participate on an agile scrum team writing user stories, data mapping and working with the lead product manager.
Lead internal projects to aid in our efficiencies.
Assess, identify, collect, and help in developing strategic recommendations.
Analyze problems and identify solutions with focus on details and accuracy.
Conduct customer research and contribute to customer journeys/personas.
Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
Energetic self-starter who proactively takes initiative, remains curious and has a genuine interest in learning and growth
6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2024 – June 2025
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
Involvement in extracurricular enrichment activities through one or more of the following: volunteerism, student organization involvement, study abroad program(s), leadership position(s), non-profit involvement
Demonstrated study, knowledge, interest and/or experience in digital platforms, and web services
Study or experience with APIs, Open Standards, best practices
BA/BS degree candidate with major or minor concentration in Computer Science preferred. All majors are welcome.
