      Job Summary

      Amneal Pharmaceuticals' Summer Internship Program provides current undergraduate/graduate students the opportunity to combine classroom knowledge with real-world work experiences and applications. Our Internships lasts 8-12 weeks, and is intended as a development assignment for those with a relevant major or focus in studies.

      Essential Functions

      • Key projects include Intralaboratory measurements, cleaning verifications through viable air and surface sampling, and inventory management.
      • This assignment will enable our intern to gain exposure to various measurements required from instruments used in pharmaceutical Microbiology labs, helping to ensure optimal performance.

      Additional Responsibilities

      • Carries out any additional responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and state, federal and local laws

      Qualifications

      Education

      • High School or GED - Required
      • Must be currently enrolled full-time in accredited college / university graduate or undergraduate program - Required
      • Must have a current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher - Required

      To be considered, candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited US-based university as a full-time student, must be 18 years of age or older, must be legally eligible to work in the US, and must be able to commit to completing the full duration of the internship offered (can range from 8-12 weeks).

      Skills and Abilities

      • Business English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation
      • Record keeping skills
      • Current Company policies and practices, including safety rules and regulations
