- As an intern in the Robotics Product Management group, you will have exposure to the following areas
- Data analysis and modeling for product management decision making
- Centralize data (install base, customer requests, finance, operations, service/support issues) from a variety of sources into a set of dashboards to use in guiding product management decision making.
- Define a data-driven decision making framework for customer and feature prioritization that accounts for business value, customer priority, risk
- Develop tooling and dashboards for roadmap management, including: Feature sizing, business impact, R&D sizing, timelines, epic health checks
- Develop a centralized management platform for customer betas, including: Software version, number of issues found, resolutions, assigned resources
- Develop ROI models for a variety of solution targets in distribution and manufacturing processes (case picking, line feeding, returns, inbound/outbound)
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree or PhD program in Engineering, Statistics, Business, Economy or Finance.
- Must have s status of Junior or graduating senior for undergraduate program with an anticipated graduation data between May 2024 - Dec 2025 or garduate students with an anticipated garduation date between 2024 and 2026.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship
- Must reside within 50 miles of the primary work location - San Jose, CA.
- Experince in Data Analysis, business KPIs definition, financial modeling (ROI, NPV, IRR) and experince writing complex SQL queries.
- Hands-on and a do-er. Strong sense of ownership and delivery of work with high quality standards. Accountable for project success.
- Previous product management experience.
- Experience in robotics (AMRs, industrial robots, AGVs, drones, etc).
- Understanding of logistics and manufacturing industries
- Programing uisng Python, SQL, R, Java or others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
- Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

The product management organization in the Zebra Robotics BU Is in charge of managing the entire lifecycle of our Autonomous Mobile Robotics platform (robots, robot software, cloud software). Main responsibilities include conception of new products & features, market, competitive, and business analysis, product definition, development with engineering, go-to-market, launch, growth, and support.
The intern is required to work in the San Jose, California office a minimum of three days a week.

Salary: USD 19.00 - USD 42.50 Hourly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement.
