- Gain an understanding of the Asset Management industry
- Work on gaining knowledge, understanding, and analysis abilities across investment landscape
- Support Analysts on day-to-day reporting
- Support broadly the risk management team in monitoring firm risk
- Support broadly the investment management team
- Conduct ad-hoc portfolio and security analysis
- Interest/experience in the investment management business
- Must be actively enrolled in undergraduate program
- Minimum GPA of 3.5
- Anticipated graduation date between late 2024 - 2025 preferred
- Self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and excellent work ethic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as a team

DoubleLine is an investment management firm and registered investment advisor headquartered in downtown Los Angeles, with AUM of over $94 billion as of December 31, 2023. The Internship position provides an introduction to the universe of Fixed Income. Specifically, it will involve working with both the risk management and investment management teams. A reasonable goal by the end of the internship is to gain knowledge into portfolio and security analyses, including conducting basic risk analysis for portfolios and strategies, collaborating with investment teams to monitor sector trends and other ad-hoc research projects. There will be an emphasis on macro-economic analysis.

The rate of pay for this position is $25 per hour, with eligibility for overtime pay.
