The Technology & Cybersecurity Development Program is a highly structured two-year rotation program within functional areas of the Technology and Cybersecurity organizations. It is designed for graduates starting their career in Technology and Cybersecurity. This program provides experience to the next generation of technical leaders through working on active projects and journeys, directly impacting and influencing project outcomes, identifying, and recommending enhancements to existing processes and procedures, and exposure to both innovative technologies as well as the impact of technology and cybersecurity on internal business units and the external client base.Program Description
Our program consists of three eight-month rotations through departments within Technology and Cybersecurity to provide rotation program participants with the foundation to progress into roles of increasing complexity and responsibility throughout our organizations. During each rotation, colleagues will have the opportunity to explore new and innovative technology through interaction with leaders, peers, and training. Departments include, but are not limited to:After successful completion of the program, participants will be placed in a position that fits their background, experience, and performance in the program as well as the needs of the Technology & Cybersecurity organizations.Position Responsibilities
