Cerberus European Servicing Ltd (CES), which was incorporated in 2013, is the Cerberus’ proprietary team dedicated to provide advisory services for the asset management of the real estate business, overseeing and working closely with third-party servicers and operating partners, supporting acquisition teams and executing underwritten business plans.

The Role:

Cerberus is currently seeking to hire a UK full-time Summer Intern to join their Portfolio Management team based in the London office from 1 July 2024 through 9 August 2024.

Key Job Responsibilities:

•Assist the team in the asset management activities of the existing real estate portfolios

•Track performance of investments and identify the optimal operating and financial strategies to be implemented

•Help update and execute the business plan activities, including but not limited to asset/portfolio sales, refinancing, letting, refurbishment and development projects

•Preparation of material for investor reporting

Desired Experience & Skills:

•Would suit candidates studying engineering, finance or mathematics

•Strong presentation and communication skills

•Excellent attention to detail, highly analytical and logical mind-set

•Strong organizational skills

•Ability to handle pressure

•Team orientated

•Self motivated and enthusiastic

Eligibility:

Eligible Students should be

•Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme and have completed at least one (1) year

•Have the Right to Work in the UK (this role does not offer any form of sponsorship)
