      The Role:

      Cerberus is currently seeking to hire a UK full-time Summer Intern to join their Real Estate team based in the London office from 1 July 2024 through 9 August 2024.

      Key Job Responsibilities:

      You will be embedded in the real estate investment team

      Depending on requirements at the time you can be expected to contribute towards either a live transaction or a more strategically oriented project

      Depending on skillset and experience, the work could involve (big) data analytics, market research, financial modelling, analysing /reporting company financials

      Desired Experience & Skills:

      Would suit candidates studying: Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering

      Strong presentation and communication skills

      Excellent attention to detail, highly analytical and logical mind-set

      Strong organizational skills

      Ability to handle pressure

      Team orientated

      Self motivated and enthusiastic

      Eligibility:

      Eligible Students should be

      •Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme and have completed at least one (1) year

      •Have the Right to Work in the UK (this role does not offer any form of sponsorship)
