Required: Candidates must be a currently enrolled graduate student pursuing a PhD degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health.
Candidates must be able to commit to full-time onsite (or hybrid if applicable) employment for 10 - 12 weeks beginning June 2024
Candidates will have completed at least 2 semesters of graduate work towards a PhD degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health by May 30, 2024
Candidates will be returning to school in Fall, 2024
Candidates will have effective oral and written communication skills.
Have a good understanding of real-world data and real-world databases
Have a good knowledge of SAS, R or Python
Job Description

Our Research & Development Division (MRL) located in West Point, PA, is seeking three 2024 summer interns. Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
The interns will have the opportunity to present their research work in internal or external professional forums or meetings. In addition, the interns will attend departmental and project team meetings to gain a broad perspective on the application of epidemiology in the pharmaceutical industry.
We are seeking intern candidates with strong academic performance, communication skills, spirit of teamwork, and the ability to work in a multi-functional environment.
Locations: West Point, PA; Rahway NJ, or Boston, MA
This is a full-time internship position. Housing subsidy is not available as part of this program and must be funded by the student.

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
$39,600.00-$105,500.00
